Rapists should be stoned to death

 

Okay I'm not sure when or why the people of Pakistan have become so horny. Horny is not a good enough word actually, beasts in heat would be much liked reference. 

Yes I'm going to talk about the rape cases that have been going on in Pakistan for i don't know how long! I mean okay there are rape cases in other countries too but what the hell is wrong in our country?! IT'S A MUSLIM COUNTY FOR GOD SAKE! DO THEY NOT FEAR ALLAH ANYMORE?!

Recently there has been a such case on motorway. And one of the suspect has done this before too in 2013. Okay so where is justice? Where is humanity? Where is the law? And on top of everything, where IS HIS IMAAN? 

An incident during the time of the Islamic prophet Muhammad formed would form the basis of later jurisprudence of rape:

When a woman went out for prayer at dawn, a man attacked her on the way and raped her. She shouted but the rapist escaped. When another man came by, she complained: “That man did such and such to me.” And when a company of the Emigrants came by, she said: “That man did such and such to me.” They went and seized the man whom they thought had raped her and brought him to her. She said: “Yes, this is the man.” Then they brought him to the Messenger of God. 

When he (the Prophet) was about to pass sentence, the man who (actually) had raped her stood up and said: 

“Messenger of God, I am the man who did it to her.” 

He (the Prophet) said to her: “Go away, for God has forgiven you.” 

But he told the man some good words [Abū Dāwūd said: meaning the man who was seized], and of the man who had had intercourse with her, he said: 

“Stone him to death.”

Is this not good enough for our law? Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) clearly sentenced him to death! Is he not a good enough example for us? WHY IS EVERYONE IN OUR COUNTRY EVEN HESITATING?

Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) is the greatest man and example for all mankind and specifically for us muslims but yet again!! The RAPISTS are not being punished correctly. 

Many people in Pakistan or should i say BIG people are being against this. They are not in favor of killing the rapists. They are tweeting that violence is not the answer. Like who are you? Are you better than Hazrat Muhammad (PBUh)? No you're not!! No one can be better than him. He also could have said this. He knew about violence too and all. BUT HE DIDN'T! He knew better than everyone else about everything. 

Yet still!! Still he asked the man to be stoned to death. So it should be pretty simple to everyone what to do.

And if we talk about the awareness to be spread about it among children and everything, sure it should be but yet again here's a question. What will an eight years old girl will do to a fully grown up man of 4x size of her? Like what is she going to do?!

The rapists are not even letting the dead people go!! So why will they care about living people! So answer is just to make an example. And that's what our Islam tells us. May Allah give guidance to people and protect everyone from harm. Ameen.
